Access to Services. On the condition that you comply with these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the Services in the manner permitted by these Terms.
Modification of the Services. The Company may review, improve, change, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Services or any features at any time, with or without notice.
Third Party Services. The Services may require the use of certain third party products and services. Use of any such services is at your sole risk and governed by separate terms. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from third-party interactions.
The Services may include features that record, transcribe, and analyze meetings and conversations using artificial intelligence. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from meeting participants before recording; (b) the Company will process meeting recordings and transcriptions to provide AI-powered insights, summaries, and analytics; (c) meeting data may be stored and processed by the Company and its service providers to deliver and improve the Services; and (d) you will comply with all applicable laws regarding recording consent in your jurisdiction.
The Company provides subscriptions for access to the Services at the prices set forth on the Site, paid in advance of each Subscription Period. If fees are not paid, your access will be suspended until payment is received. The Company may modify pricing at its sole discretion, effective at the start of the next Subscription Period.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services, including meeting recordings and associated data.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
